Well it's day 2 of this little adventure and honestly, so far so good... I had a little mishap yesterday with the caffeine withdrawal and caved and got a small... Lesson, ieed to learn its a progression.. especially my coffee. I love it so! lol
Morning Yogurt with mixed berries, Small coffee (black)
Lunch: greek salad (no feta) with Steak strips
Snackers: Fresh Pineapple
Dinner Oxtail with asparagus and turnip
Ice Water throughout the day (lost count at 8 glasses)
Bitches and Moans: Still Not used to this cold shower thing. It just feels so wrong. lol....
Everything else is going fairly well. I can feel the headache and nose pressure from all the cold surrounding me. I better not get sick from it :S The site below is what keeps me going back to these bloody showers.

What I miss at the moment? Sushi... I did not fully realize that my true loves of sushi and ethnic foods would be so drastically changed. I know this is all for the better but man I love my cultural foods... Guess I will just have to make some adjustments when I go out to eat.
Well thats it for now... Time for some night yoga and well needed sleep
