Day 5 and 6 Opps I missed something

Day 5
Morning: Omlette with tomato, peppers, pork sausage
Lunch (combined with morning lol)
Dinner: Jerk Style Grilled Chicken, asparagus, and roasted peppers and bok choy
Snackers: Mixed nuts
bed time yoga and a walk around downtown
Day 6:
Morning: Yogurt with mixed nuts and raspberries
Lunch: Left over chicken and peppers
Dinner: Niagara Boil(seasoned ground pork/beef wrapped in chicken breast), turnip, and brussel sprouts
Snackers: Fresh Coconut, some grapes,
Night: some homemade dark chocolate bark with a glass of red
1 hour morning yoga

So this blogging thing is a little difficult during the weekend when there is so much going on, hence the double entry lol
So far so good. The nasal infection is slowly going away thankfully! Saturday was by far the best day.  Market and Grocery shopping! Finally a fridge and cupboard stocked full of everything I need paleo style. This makes my life so much easier, opening the fridge and seeing all those beautiful foods feels amazing. Another night out with the girls and it was mad fun! Water of course which didn't bother me at all. got tested with my biggest weakness.. The 3am Cookie!!! I declined and it felt great! :)
Sunday consisted of a lot of cleaning of the space. I find with these changes I'm making in my body and lifestyle that it needs to carry over into my space. Hence the clean down of my entire spot. I've started and this one is going to take a long time, but yet again, its that feeling of accomplishment and gratitude.
I got asked by Mitch today how I'm feeling and I couldn't really answer.  I mean I feel good. but I also feel different in a way I cannot quite figure out. The psychologist/counsellor in me knows I will figure it out, but for now I'm going to go with the motions and see what comes of it
