The New Adventure Begins

Okay so here it goes.  On March 17, I turned 27 and realized that every change I have made has been a trend and hasn't lasted.
Arriving to work at SOADI, Mitch and I started talking about paleo diet.  and you know what it makes sense.
I have been making the little changes. going to the gym, cutting pop out of my diet, more veggies, blah blah blah.. But they are all half ass and short lived. Because 3am on a Saturday best believe I'm one of those people standing in line for a poutine or pizza.
Well Now I have no choice.  Mitch has determined that he will help me as long as I pretty much do what he says.  Hey i've tried a bunch of other things, so why not.... I even signed my life away for a year.
So here is my list of rules...
1. Do what Mitch says
2. Sleep 8-10 hours a night in a dark cold room- no phone or light of any kind
3. Eat paleo approved foods
4. Cold showers/baths only
5. Yoga at least 1/2 hour a day
6. 1 day a week activity with Mitch
7. Red wine only- no alcohol
8. 80% plus chocolate is okay
9. Nose Breathing only
10. No bread or white gifts of any kind!
11. 2 weeks to get off coffee... (Thankfully I was able to negotiate this one as Mitch did not want to give me any time :0)
12. Chew until food is gone (Yes I had to RELEARN to chew food)
13. Ice water ONLY (no juices, teas or anything)

So there it is... My life for a year.... I am going to try to blog every day on my progress, my cravings and all around bitches and moans about this life change...
I am allowed to ask questions regarding everything in this process, and Mitch will give me an answer. Oh and best believe I will prolly find loop holes... He's good though.. He'll catch on quick hahahaha
