Dinner- Ham, veggies,
Family Dinner Part 1!! Delicious ham by my momma.. She did such an awesome job and made sure there were veggies for me to eat so that it wasn't just ham on my plate... Oh how I love and adore that woman!!
20 days of eating this way. That's just crazy... And I am still alive and kicking. Actually loving it. I feel better, clear headed and head strong on this way of life. It's more than eating and I will never stop saying this. It's hitting every aspect of my life and I realize this more and more.
I'm even realizing that I am speaking differently to my family. I never want to be the one to preach but I also want to share my changes. The books, research all support this so something must be working.
Eating on par, enjoying my dark chocolate hehehehe Ya know it is easter lol
