Day 22- Back to the Grind


Breakfast Yogurt with mixed nuts/raspberries
Lunch- Steak salad with balsamic vinegar
Dinner: Left Over Ham, steamed broccoli
Snackers- Dried Mangos, cherries, coconut, dark chocolate
Back to the city and back to the routine. Feels good to be back home and looking around I can see that there are some changes I need to make. So I need to put it into the universe that changes will come when I am ready…. Jus Sayin tho I am ready :)
Had my welcome homers over for food. Got my girl eating some healthy foods which puts me through the roof!! If I can get a 19 year old female always on the road to eat dried fruits?! That is just plain awesome to me. The chef in training made some delicious snakcers for us as well.. .Love when my friends can be supportive of my eating habits, cause I know it is difficult for them sometimes, but that’s when I have enough at the house that they can munch on so they don’t have to reach the store for pop chips or other crap.
