Breakfast: Yogurt with raspberries and cashews
Lunch: Pineapple, some wild rice casserole, mixed berries
Dinner: Many varieties of salad, roast, and chicken, Red Wine
Snackers: Dark Chocolate
Okay, how can so many people be so blind to the obvious?
Community event today which was awesome and there were many people out, and yet again the food available consisted of bread and dairy related items. Thankfully, we (mother and I) had a wide variety of yummy goodness packed for my consumption since we anticipated that I this would happen. Of course since I am not eating the food they are providing, I get questioned as to the reasons behind this. When I try to explain myself, I get a wide array of facial expressions. Confusion, Pity, More Confusion.... It's quite amusing and frustrating at the same time. I guess people really believe what we consistently are being told. Whole wheat is good for you, we should eat what the food guide tells us... Well, I am forced to disagree with this, since in 26 days of eating only protein, vegetables, fruits and seeds, I have never felt better. Ohhh and Let's not forget FAT!!! Yes, I am eating fat, and its not bad!!! Sooo unbelievably good! How can this be Wrong??? Oh Wait it's not!! This is the way we ate for so long and yet in only 10,000 years, we have completely destroyed our system. Go figure... As my days pass, I can only hope that the changes occurring in me will show the changes possible for anyone.
