Breakfast: Yogurt with mixed berries
Lunch: Opps (I had booster juice)
Dinner: Steak with steamed broccoli
Snackers: Dark Chocolate
Sleeping in is a true gift and Sunday is the day in which I can fully take advantage of this gift. I was able to enjoy sleep in a dark and cold room and woke up in my own time. It was a perfect start to my already awesome day. The sleeping patterns and catching up on my overall sleep is amazing. No matter what I may want, my body will eventually take over and the sleep is my true rest period. I would never give up that time for anything and the best part is that I don't have to do anything... Heaven!!! hehehehe
Some tanning time with an awesome girl! The vitamin D was beyond good for me. It has been awhile since I went so I was feeling the lack of heat and nourishing vitamins. Felt great and I really need to get back to incorporating that into my routine.
Of course there was some serious shopping. I am female afterall. hehehe
