Snackers: Red Wine, Dark Chocolate
Well Today is the day. True Shocker. Well first things first. Yoga at the office which is always amazing. And it was really nice to do some yoga with the girls at the office. I got so used to doing by myself that other energies feel really good. Of course, there is also a hike involved. Niagara Falls is most definitely the greatest challenge for me. We went back to the whirlpool and I'm telling ya it is the most challenging yet regarding experience. You cannot get that at a gym. I thought that physical fitness was the gym or weight lifting. It is about being outside and enjoying the world that we are apart of. Not to mention you cannot just get off the Niagara Escarpment. Unless of course you want a very expensive helicopter ride. I have no choice but to feel through the pain and get to the top of the stairs.
And the scale comes up at the office. I am bound and determined to see the numbers. And low and behold, in 28 days, 27 pounds are gone. Where did they go? Mitch seems to believe they are being used... Which honestly I understand, finally the fat that sat there for years and being put to use! Get out! ahahaha.... These things are working and what's even better is that is it soooo simple. Why must we make it so complicated???
Thanks you for believing in this idea of a new way of looking at health. I know we still have a ways to go but we are making progress everyday. We need to continue to get the word out there. Can't wait to see what 11 months more will bring.
