Day 29 (April 17) Water I am so Sorry

Breakfast: Yogurt
Lunch: Salad bar with all the yummy fixins
Dinner: Steak with Salad
Snackers: Dark Chocolate with coconut

Okay this day has been a tough one. And I have realized just how important water is to my overall mood and wellbeing. I did not drink nearly enough water today and I definitely paid for it. Headaches, difficulty falling asleep and overall irritable. Once I had a glass of ice cold water, everything disappeared and I felt so much better.  Water is a vital part of this and I learned that lesson huge today. I definitely will not be making that mistake again. Water I appreciate you and apologize for not allowing you to heal me....
