Breakfast: Yogurt with blueberries and almonds
Lunch: peasant salad from stregas (topped with roasted red peppers, grilled vegetables and chicken)
Dinner: steamed broccoli with some pepperettes
Okay so today I have realized just how my appetite has changed. And we're not talking little changes. My dinner consisted of broccoli and pepperettes and I had to force myself to eat that. Before I started eating this way that would be a snack. I like the feeling that my body is actually using up the energy storage and not just throwing it around to places that fit. I am eating to sustain my body, not to pleasure my brain. Those tasty foods that are made of non human food are only there to interrupt the receptors in our brain! They don't actually do anything for you and in fact is killing people all the time. As a population we are literally poisoning ourselves and our children by feeding them these fake over cooked foods. Real food is where it's at my friends!
