Day 34 (April 22) Sunday Funday

Breakfast: Yogurt with strawberries and cashews
Lunch: chicken wings
Dinner: Steak with brussel sprouts and broccoli/carrots

Another day in the house of paleo. Enjoyed the time I took to sleep in as well as an extra long cold shower.  This CT is becoming quite important to me. Throughout the day I will even put cold cloth on various parts- stomach mostly, just to test it out. I want to see how much of an impact this is going to make on my lifestyle. There is a reason for everything and through reading and listening to Jack Kruse, I have realized that this really works and we can benefit from introducing cold. Don't get my wrong, I don't want everyone jumping into an ice bath, but it really isn't that hard to turn the water down every couple of minutes. I swear you do get used to it. Your body is very adaptable and this is no exception. Your body will adapt naturally to the cold. I highly recommend this for everyone!!!
