Late Dinner: Pork Chop with steamed brussel sprouts (drizzled in maple vingegar mmmmm) and broccoli/grape salad
Dark Chocolate Bark with creamed coconut, almonds, and pecans
Okay so WHAT THE H***!!!!!! Had to fast today to get the crap that I ate yesterday out of my system. I thought hey chicken wings are a good idea.. Protein right? Wrong!!! My body has begun to reject unwell things from my body so of course, the chicken wings I had yesterday were deep fried in hydrogenated oil... Hence a very sick moi... Got some guidance from Mitch as to the fasting part and it did wonders. The rejection made its way out and by 3pm I was ready to eat some food. It's actually quite fascinating that my body is now deciding what to take in. It's no longer my brain and senses saying that looks good, or smells delicious, It's my body saying that's what we need now, or nope thats not food.... 30 days my friends.. That's all it takes for your body to take over and then you're eating for the health of yourself rather than the greediness of society
I'm not sure how I found your blog, but what I've read so far has me intrigued enough to go back to the beginning of your paleo experiment.
