Breakfast: Yogurt with blueberries and mixed nuts
Lunch: Strega Salad (smoked salmon, roasted peppers, mmm delicious)
Dinner: Pork chop with brussel sprouts, turnip
Some dark chocolate bark (made with creamed coconut and almond)
Feeling back to 100% since the chicken wing disaster. Relatively regular paleo kind of day... I am really taken into this cooking at home and I know I've said it before and I'll probably be saying it again but it's amazing to have the opportunity to just get home from work and cook. The whole feeling.. and yes I am going to get corny, it's simply perfection. The whole process really shows an appreciation for food and the enjoyment out of it. I also tried a new yoga that was an hour and half, which I am going to be honest I did not get through, however I made an effort. I lasted 45 minutes and had to stop because it was quite difficult. I actually had to do a gentle meditative yoga session just to calm myself down cause I was all worked up hahaha. Never a good idea to do something like that before your going to sleep. :P
