Lunch:
Dinner: roast beef, raw vegetables with dip, salad
Yogaaaa Whatttt?? Yoga is something that I have been interested in for years now but I have always used my weight as an excuse not to fully commit myself. Well since doing this challenge, my fire has been renewed in this passion and I want to show other people in our community and beyond the benefits of yoga and how good it can feel. Having said that, I also have come to the realization the preparation needed to become an instructor. Mitch picked a yoga video for us to do for our regular Friday office practice. 1 hour and 20 minutes and it was not an easy one. Actually very difficult and I stretched myself in ways I didn't know I could. I know it sounds dangerous, but with my weight loss, I am continuously having to retest my body to see what I can do. I am definitely advancing, but now I feel the need to up my practice and really make an effort to get my instructor's certification. I believe I can take this out to many people to show that yoga can be done by anyone, It's all about moderation. Balance is key
