The day has been a paleo kind of day, although my key emotion at the moment is frustration and I know I shouldn't be frustrated but I am. This is a great way to be healthy and as Aboriginal people and human beings in general we need to eat what we are meant to eat. That does not include something so toxic and fattening as grains. Noone can tell me any kind of harvested grain is healthy. I am sure there are 'lesser of evils' like the ancient grains, but again we were never meant to eat it!!!
Why are livestock fed grains instead of grass?? TO GET FAT!!!! Soooo What happens when humans eat it?? Has it clicked yet? Grains = Overweight. End of Story.
And I fully understand that some people believe they cannot live without it. I get it. I was there... I thought that too. Every excuse there is, I have most likely used. Too expensive (Lie).. Not enough time (I work full time, am President of a Board of Directors and sit on a second board, attend cultural events and yet still have time to fit my health as a priority)... Anything else??
There is no other way to understand this then to do it yourself. Try It... See what happens. But if you do not try it then you are making your own choice to stay unwell, sick and overweight. I made my choice to live at an optimal level... Will You?
