Day 46 (May 4) Grain FREE

Breakfast: yogurt with raspberries and almonds
Lunch: raw vegetables
Dinner: salmon, with salad and vegetables
dark chocolate bark with coconut and pecans

Well it is the first community function that there was no bread products. And it was our organization who did it. We had an awesome diabetes awareness day and ended it with a social. So many come out to our socials, so it is the perfect opportunity to showcase what we should be eating, instead of what this western society keeps pushing us to eat. My clear grain free head has allowed me to truly see our events and our people. So if this is the way to show people what we should be eating, then bring it on. More socials = more opportunities.  The best for me is being able to tell people what I am doing and see the reaction of faces. It's so simple that people can't always process it. I love it... It makes me giggle cause it really is sooo easy. :)
