Another day Another night.. This time I did the girly thing. Tanning for some vitamin D and pedicure with my girl. It's nice to be able to do these things, and I can because I am actually saving money by eating this way. 1. I eat at home way more which is a huge money saver. 2. I don't eat as much because I'm not as hungry, so again there's money in my pocket since I'm not at the grocery store all the time. 3. I don't go out drinking/wasting my money. Yet again money in the pocket. I know there are many who believe this way of life is more expensive, but it's really not. The market and produce/meats only seem expensive in the short term. But it lasts way longer than grains, not to mention the long term money saving by not being sick. I'll pay a little extra up front to avoid buying all the allergy pills, inhalers, antibiotics and all the other medical crap that I may have to spend money on in the future. In future I will include the cost breakdown, but this is a start of showcasing money spent <3
