Day 48 (May 6) short legs??

Breakfast: trail mix with raspberries (no yogurt)
No lunch- wasn't hungry
Dinner- steak and veggie stir fry with a side of pork chop

I have come to the realisation that I live in a beautiful part of Canada. Sunday is usually my day to clean, do laundry and all the inside stuff which I started doing, however when the sun came out and the boys came over, it changed. As we watched a movie while doing laundry, I convinced them that we should do something. We hop in the car and 12 mile creek is where we ended up. I love walking through trails and it was awesome to go with some people who love it too!! A solid couple of hours was spent outside and I wasn't winded at all. I actually kept up with them. That is something that will never get old for me. To not be the girl in the back trying to keep up. I used to blame my short legs when really it was my lack of energy.  Just another small moment that makes a huge difference in my life. This way of life is changing everything. <3
