Breakfast: almonds and raspberries
Lunch: montreal smoked meat with grilled vegetables
Dinner: ribs, 1/4 chicken and salad
Montreal Trip has finally arrived. Got up wayyyy too early and it was the first day I wanted a coffee. I did not cave though as I am going to stick this through. The flight was surprising to me, Usually flights are very uncomfortable for me. I get really nauseous and I have to drug myself in order to get through it. This flight went very smooth. I did not experience an nauseous, the only thing was the normal ear problem I have in the left ear. The pain lasted only a little while.
Arrival in Montreal led to a 3 km walk through the downtown to find old montreal. Soooo worth the walk! It was a fun walk to and definitely did not feel like 3km. I find I am able to keep up with the crowd when walking in the city. Prior to this, I was always lagging behind and having to stop blah blah blah... Now I'm walking ahead of people and not breaking out in a sweat.
It's the little things that are making a difference for me. I notice these little things more and more. Cause these are the things that add up and keep me motivated to continue.
