Day 50 (May 8) Mokshaaaa

Breakfast: trail mix
Lunch: pork, salad,
Dinner- brazilian steakhouse (need I say more?)

Part two of the Montreal experience. I am loving this city!! Today was the actual work reason for the trip. I feel that since I have started this behaviour change. My brain works faster! I am able to process with ease and get on top of new ideas and keep them rolling... It doesn't take me hours to figure something out. And that is amazing
After the work training, Mitch found a Moksha studio... YES PLEASE!!! An awesome studio that were very friendly to us ontarioians hehehe Beautiful 75 minute practice and it makes me more excited for the studio in Niagara to open.  The hot yoga is such an amazing experience that words do not even do enough.  It can be a little intimidating because of the cork floors and heat when you walk in, but like any other yoga practice, it is at your own pace. If you need to revert to childs pose to calm  your body down, you're free to do that.  It's a process as with anything else. Once you experience it once,  I promise you will be hooked.
Of course since we did such a work out, an all you can eat brazilian steakhouse is in order.  A paleo dreammmm.... Guys coming to your table and constantly shaving meat off the stick, Sweet Baby it takes protein to a whole next level! It's a beautiful thing
