Day 57- 60(May15- May 18) Long Week

I am terribly sorry to all those who read this! This week my computer has not been a part of my life so my blogging has suffered.  I spilt it up into two posts- the week and the weekend :) My eating has been quite good and the appetite is still low.... Meaning I am eating less than I ate when carbs were involved. I feel nourished and satisfied with every good food that I put into my body.
This week has been filled with activities and work that have kept me on my toes.  Brantford for da y and a half to provide people with some foot care... My interesting moment from that clinic was that lunch served involved sandwiches. And people kept noticing that I was only eating the salad. I am beginning to enjoy those moments because they offer an opportunity to educate the community on what I am doing. Spoke to one woman who has went through surgery and told her about cold therapy. She seemed very interested and I gave her JAck Kruse's blog so that she could learn more about the healing benefits of cold.
Thursday and Friday were Niagara Falls bound for a gathering of all the staff within the organization I work for. This was beyond amazing. It is so rare that we are all together in one area so the energies flowing during the staff meeting was as powerful as the water.  Some of the staff that I don't see every day commented on the way I look which was another feel good moment.  I am not superficial but sometimes that external motivation is very helpful in my journey. My best moment was the lunch- it was a sandwich filled lunch with an assortment of salad, (pasta included)... I intended on asking for a salad wrap and the gentlemen allowed me to go to the big buffet where there was lots of salads and meats and I fillled up! It is still amazing to see how some people can be so understanding of my eating habits, even though they may not understand or even accept it.
As part of team building, a trip on maid of the mist which was an amazing experience too.  The power of that flowing water is beyond words. Oh and the hotel room overlooked the falls so morning yoga took place right in front of the water and I was able to give thanks while doing my practice. :)
