Day 63 (May21): Sunshine

Breakfast: yogurt and almonds/raspberries
Lunch- cold chicken with veggies
Dinner: Fish, steak tips, bacon wrapped mushrooms salad

Another beautiful day with the family. Spending time with them helps me realize that this eating and living plan can cross over into family time.  The sun was out and it was quite hot outside, and of course my family is putting in the air conditioners which is going to be incredibly helpful come the summer months.  But everyone was in side.. By around noon, I started planting seeds that we should go outside. My aunt has a black lab that has never been swimming so I managed to get everyone on board with the idea of going to Little Lake to take the dog for a swim.  It turned out to be a gorgeous day with the fam.... The dog loved it and we all had a great time  playing in the water. The soaking of vitamin D also made a difference in all of us and I noticed that when we were leaving the water, everyone was a lot happier than when we got there....  Vitamin D is definitely taken for granted and it was nice to really see the impact it has on members of my family
Dinner was made by my amazing mother and she whipped up quite the spread for me. Lots of protein and veggies.  I adore my mother and love that she supports me in this lifestyle any way she can. <3
