Day 65 (May 23) Energy

Breakfast: yogurt
Lunch: salad
Dinner: ribs, grilled shrimp, steamed veggies, salad

Soooo much energy today! As much as I just got home, I am on the road again and in many past cases of this travelling, I would be exhausted and cranky about the whole thing.  This time, not even close, I haven't been tired enough to be cranky because I am sleeping the right amount of time. I am even getting better at kicking people out of my house when I am tired hahaha.
I cannot explain how important good sleep is. The cold temperature of my room really helps me sleep at night. Its an amazing feeling to wake up rested and ready to face the day
