Breakfast: yogurt with raspberries
Lunch: chicken and salad
Dinner: pork chops with salad
So estrogen dominance is something that I have been reading about and today was the day I finally realized that I may have overcome it. Something was said that disrespected my place of employment and instead of taking it and not doing anything, I was able to stand up for myself and remove myself from the situation. This was incredibly difficult for me cause I am usually so passive. With reading about estrogen dominance, I have found that most of my passiveness stems from my diet. I love that I have woken up and refuse to be a doormat anymore and diet has a lot to do with it. Diet isn't just our food. It contributes to everything we do and we have to understand that to better ourselves and our community
