Breakfast: trail mix
Lunch: orange and salad
Dinner: steak with asparagus, bacon wrapped mushroom and garlic sauteed fiddleheads
Sunday: trail mix with yogurt
Lunch/Dinner: jerk chicken with some salad and coleslaw
This weekend was both a running around and sleep filled. Saturday I went out and picked up my fresh ingredients for dinner and made it to the mall to do some girly stuff like get my hair done. It feels awesome to not be exhausted during the day and get things done.
Of course after my meal, I decided to have a nap. That nap turned into 14 hours of sleep and I woke up Sunday feeling incredibly rested. The body does a lot of recovering through sleep and I definitely felt it when I woke up Sunday. Given the long week of travelling, my body decided that it was what I needed so I listened to my body and it's such a blessing to be able to hear my body now.
I managed to rearrange the bedroom and get it sorted out which led to purging. And that felt beyond good. As my transformation continues, I realize that my house is slowing transforming too. I look around and switch things around to suit my needs. Next is the kitchen which I have done some work on but it really needs a boost since I do spend so much time in there.
