Day 30 (April 18) Ohhhh Yaaaaa!!!

Breakfast- bowl of blueberries
Lunch: bacon, eggs, fruit
Dinner- Trail mix with some beef jerky

I hit my 30 day Mark!!!! And it Feels Amazing!!!! 28 pounds have literally melted away, wait.. Thats wrong... I have finally allowed my body to use all this storage.... Use it up instead of eating the crap that doesn't allow for nutrition to enter properly. My brain is finally on track and there's no nasty grains or starches to interfere with my functions.
Absolutely best part of the day was heading out to Brantford with Mitch to do some assessments and he did yoga. There were some awesome ladies that took part and I was able to share my story and see the reactions and the openness to this new idea. I adore being able to get this out there to our Aboriginal people. We are sick and we are keeping ourselves sick by eating this stuff and not taking the time to care for ourselves. I was there.... Been there Done That and I am choosing to live at an optimal level. I do not want to be in a wheelchair at 50 or not be able to walk up a flight of stairs without needing a break. and in 30 days if I can completely change my thought patterns and entire being, well Anyone can! It's an amazing feeling and I am looking forward to the coming months when it's only going to get better!!!!
